Stop Hirehound reading your job board.
Hirehound reads the open roles a company publishes on its public job board, such as its Greenhouse, Lever or Workday careers page, so the people using it can find jobs that fit them.
What we read, and how it's shown
- Only public postings: the title, location, pay where you publish it, and the description.
- Each posting is shown privately to the person it fits, with a link back to your own page. We never republish your postings.
- Every application goes in on your own site, authorized by the person applying, from their own email.
What happens when you ask
- We email a confirmation link to the address you give. Use one at your company's own domain.
- Once confirmed, our team matches the request to your boards and marks them opted out.
- From then on we stop reading those boards, and their postings leave everyone's leads.
