Correct or remove my information.

On some roles, Hirehound shows a person who uses it who is hiring for that role. If that might be you, you can see what we hold and have it corrected or removed.

What we keep

  • Professional information only: your name, your role or title, your team and your employer.
  • Never a home address, family details or personal accounts.
  • It is kept at least 12 months from the last time it was confirmed, and deleted when 12 months pass without a confirmation.

What happens next

  1. We email a link to confirm the request is yours.
  2. A removal deletes your record and its details, and keeps you from being added again.
  3. A correction replaces what was wrong, with a note of where the correction came from.
